We are sure that, like us, you may have been finding the current situation challenging to say the least! So we thought it might be helpful for our members to engage and share their thoughts and personal experience on how they have been coping.

So come join us for a virtual event. We have invited Shireen Noor, a qualified psychotherapist, to facilitate our virtual afternoon tea discussion and provide some tips on how we can best look after our mental health during this time. It would be great for you to share your own experiences of how you have coped during the pandemic and share tips on how you might be juggling the work/life balance and your own mental health. AAWL Committee members will be on the chat too, so it will be great to virtually meet as many of you as possible, in this safe space.

Please see the flyer below for further information and click here to book your place. The event will take place on Zoom and log-in details will be sent to attendees prior to the event.

Please note this event is for AAWL members only and we are limiting the numbers to 20 – sign up today so you do not miss out. If you book and then can’t make the event, please do let us know so that we can allocate your place to someone else.

Look forward to catching up with you all soon!

Best wishes,

AAWL Committee
